The ingredients:
1 medium size fresh squid, about .35 kg
1 pc. medium size tomato, wedged
spring onion leaves, cut in 2 inch lengths
1/4 of a cucumber, wedged
salt
2 bamboo skewers (bbq sticks)
Drain water from squid and stuff with above ingredients. Place the stuffed squid on 2 bbq sticks.
Grill about 6 inches above charcoal for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. When already done, slice squid crosswise.
Dipping sauce: vinegar, soy sauce and chili.
